Can you show me a proof via email before I order?
	Yes, upon your request. Just send an email to [email protected] with the inscription and product. We can email you a black and white proof so you can get an idea of how your item will look.
What kind of wood do you use?
	We use first quality natural Maple wood, sourced from mills in New England. The raw materials are hand selected and each block is hand made by a professional local woodworker. Natural wood contains natural wood grains and occasionally there will be natural wood marks. While we keep these marks to a minimum, you can expect some variation in wood grains.
How is the information inscribed?
	The information is engraved using a powerful computer controlled laser. The laser engraves to a depth of approximately 1/16 inch. The result is a clean inscription that is true to the font.
Can I request custom images, custom fonts or custom inscriptions?
	Yes, certain products can be further customized. Simply email [email protected] with your request. We will provide a custom quote and delivery time frame.
Can you engrave images?
	Yes. If you are looking for a certain type of image, we can help you find something that will engrave well. If you already have an image you’d like to try, email us a file in black and white and we’ll let you know if it’s going to work. Preferably black and white line art and at least 300 dpi.
